1. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta
Grow Mate is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta, used only to describe what our tools work with.
2. No guarantee of results
Our tools and guides are for information and guidance. Instagram's algorithm and audience behaviour change constantly, so we can't guarantee followers, reach, engagement or income from anything you create with Grow Mate.
3. AI-generated content
AI results can contain errors and may resemble content others receive. Review, edit and fact-check every result before you publish it; you're responsible for what you post.
4. Estimates aren't financial advice
The money calculator, engagement rate calculator and published benchmarks are estimates built from rules of thumb and public data, labelled as such on each page. They aren't financial, legal or business advice. Agree rates and contracts based on your own circumstances.
5. Platform details change
Instagram regularly changes limits and formats — hashtag limits, image ratios, character counts and Reel lengths. We review our pages and date each review, but check Instagram's Help Center for the current rules before you rely on a specific number.
6. Third-party content and links
Embedded Instagram posts and linked websites belong to their owners. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
