1. The service
Grow Mate provides free Instagram tools — generators, formatters, sizing tools and calculators — and a dashboard that requires signing in with a Google account. The service is free. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Who can use Grow Mate
You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you use Grow Mate for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
The dashboard uses your Google account to sign you in. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for activity under your Grow Mate session. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Grow Mate to break the law or Instagram's terms.
- Generate spam, deceptive content, or content that harasses, defames or infringes anyone's rights.
- Overload, scrape, or automate requests to our API, or try to get around usage limits.
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell the service.
- Try to access other users' accounts or data.
We may suspend or close access that breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into the tools and, to the extent the law allows, of the results you generate. You give us permission to process your inputs only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated content
AI results can be inaccurate, generic or similar to results other people receive. Review everything before you publish it. You're responsible for what you post, including following Instagram's rules and labelling paid partnerships and ads as the law requires.
7. Estimates and benchmarks
The engagement rate calculator, money calculator and published benchmarks are estimates for guidance only. They aren't financial, legal or business advice, and they don't guarantee any result. Grow Mate doesn't guarantee follower growth, reach or income.
8. Instagram and other trademarks
Grow Mate is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe what the tools work with.
9. Our intellectual property
The Grow Mate name, design, software and site content belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Grow Mate is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, followers or opportunities, arising from your use of Grow Mate. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Grow Mate at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@growmate.live. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established. Where you live may give you additional consumer protections that these terms don't override.
14. Changes to these terms
We'll post updated terms on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Grow Mate after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
